Delivery time scale is a guide and not a guarantee. Please allow extra delivery time during busy times at Christmas due to the extra volumes Royal Mail receive.
We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
We aim to dispatch non personalised items ordered before 2.00pm the same working day. At very busy times this timescale may be extended to the next working day.
For personalised items please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends) for your items to be embroidered before being dispatched.
Please make sure you have entered the correct delivery address and postcode as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect delivery details being entered.
We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in a perfect condition.
Your order will only be shipped once payment has been approved.
Returns
Please ensure all paperwork is enclosed. This must include order number, full name and delivery address. Please email at bambinosnortheast@gmail.com for information on how to return.
Non-personalised items
Our return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labelling still attached to the garment.
Personalised / Customised Items
Personalised / Customised items are excluded from our 30 days return/refund policy unless we have made an error on the original order. Please double check your order to make sure the details are correct at the time of ordering.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Subject to the above return guidelines we will issue a refund within 2 days. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit/debit card used for the original purchase or original method of payment.
Return Postage
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable.
